Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard or Stripe customer portal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Access remains available until the current paid period ends, unless otherwise required by law.

2. Renewals and Proration

Subscription charges are billed per billing cycle. Mid-cycle cancellations do not generate prorated refunds unless required by law.

Add-on changes may be billed immediately and then recur on your normal subscription billing date.

3. Refund Eligibility

Fees already paid are generally non-refundable and non-creditable, including partial billing periods and add-on charges, except where required by applicable law.

If you believe a billing error occurred, contact billing@salescfg.com within 14 days of the charge date.

4. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback, contact support so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

Abusive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
